BEGINS INTERNET SERVICES IN SINGAPORE

KAPS, Inc. USA is proud to announce the arrival of a newly formed sister company Intelicom Pte.Ltd. The company is designed to bring Internet Services to the commercial community of Singapore. It will begin active operations in Singapore on March 1996 and will deliver exemplary services in the same tradition that KAPS customers have come to expect.

Adhish Desai - president / CEO of KAPS, Inc. made the announcement on Jan.25,1996. The newly formed company Intelicom Pte.Ltd., will base its primary operations center in the heart of commerce in Singapore. The Intelicom staff in Singapore are currently active in the implementation of the corporate operations. Adhish Desai - KAPS President / CEO has been appointed CEO / Chairman of Intelicom Pte.Ltd.     Mr. Divyesh Doshi has been appointed President / Executive Director.   Mr. Doshi join us with extensive business market development experience and comes from the aerospace engineering background.

KAPS, Inc. USA maintains a major interest in Intelicom and will serve as the guiding arm providing support to the Singaporean operations.

Intelicom Pte.Ltd's primary goal is to bring Internet Consulting and reasonable cost Internet Services to the Singaporean commercial community. Initial services available in Singapore consist of the following :
